When you arrive for your Service Appointment  please pull right up to the Service Drive Thru. 
This area was designed with convenience in
mind.  The Drive Thru will protect you and your family from the outside elements.

The Drive Thru door will open and like your
garage at home, drive right in!  




You will be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable Service Advisor that will be able to answer all of your questions.

While your vehicle is being serviced by one of our Acura Certified Technicians.  Enjoy yourself in our comfortable Customer Lounge Area.  Relax, enjoy a cold beverage or maybe some fresh coffee...even a snack.  Whatever you decide it's on us. 
Need to get some work done?  We have personal lap top stations with wireless Internet connection.  Kindles are available, just ask the Service Cashier and we also have a convenient cell phone charging station.   



Don't have time to wait for your car? No problem, in addition to our pick-up and delivery options, Schaller Acura offers a Shuttle Service and Courtesy Loaner Cars .  Our Service Clients can take advantage of our Shuttle and be chauffeured to your local destination.  If you are in need of a Courtesy Loaner Vehicle we have a fleet of current model year Acura's available!

Schaller Acura also offers Complimentary Service Valet. Take advantage of our convenient vehicle pick up and courtesy car drop off with your scheduled service appointment.  A professional driver will come to your location in CT or MA to pick up your vehicle and provide you with a courtesy car while your car is being serviced.
